Service package 1
OT Assessment:
1 to 1 Healthcare aims to provide a highly professional occupational therapy assessment service for people with permanent and substantial disabilities. Occupational Therapy is at the centre of everything that we do.
Our Occupational Therapists (OT’s) work with individuals of all ages, as well as care homes, hospitals, businesses, housing associations, charities, local authorities and others.
In addition to advising on home adaptations, our Occupational Therapists may also identify simple ways of helping people become independent with their normal day to day activities, such as recommending walking sticks or strategically placed grab rails. For this, our Occupational Therapists are able to provide further therapy sessions.
Design and Adaptation:
After the initial assessment, our team can then plan how to achieve the ideal environment for the client.
We have plenty of experience in designing effective adaptations for accessible environments for specific disabilities. As you would expect, we are able to work on site and/or off plan to create the most appropriate, practical and cost effective solutions to meet a clients needs. Of course, all within a budget and timescale that suits.
We have experience of working with home improvement agencies, housing associations, private sector housing and Disabled Facility Grant (DFG) departments and private individuals.
We are able to provide specifications of works detailing product information and measurements, scaled drawings and illustrations of works.
In addition to the services we provide for specific rooms, we also provide advice and completion of adaptations, which help to maximise your mobility and safety.
We can help to improve general access where required by the Widening of doorways, appropriately positioned grab rails, the construction of internal/external ramps etc.
We can also provide full home extensions which enable our clients to overcome access difficulties or to create their ideal home layout.

Service package 3
Service package 3 is the complete service, from assessment to the completion of work and follow up.
Assessment:
An occupational therapist will look at the activity or activities clients are finding difficult and see if there is another way that it can be completed.
Design Adaptation:
We will produce effective design for adaptations for accessible environments for specific disabilities.
Procurement:
Once the assessment has been completed and the plan of action proposed, we can then source the products required for each part of the project.
Completion of work:
With careful attention to detail our team will arrive and ensure that everything fits like it should and we will ensure that everything is left clean and tidy.
Follow up:
Once everything is fitted and tested, we will organise a return visit to ensure that everything is working as it should. We will confirm with the user that they are happy with the work and that they are coping with and making proper use of the adaptions we have provided.
Aftercare and maintenance:
Once equipment has been installed we can arrange aftercare, servicing, testing and repairs.
